What We Do

We can advise and draft a will for you to ensure your assets are distributed in terms of your wishes.

Powers of Attorney

A power of attorney allows someone else (an attorney) to deal with matters for you. This could be for a specific matter or for a set time. A power of attorney can also be put in place to ensure your affairs are covered in the event you no longer want to or have the capacity to make decisions for yourself.

Following a death, we can help deal with the paperwork by ingathering assets, paying debts and any inheritance tax, and distributing the estate to the beneficiaries.

We are notaries, registered with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. If you need a document notarised by a Notary Public, we can help.
